Returns Policy

Returns and refunds are given on a case by case basis. Please call 620-562-3557 if there is a problem with your order.

As of 5/15/23, there will be a 5% processing fee for any refunds issued.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
