Better than expected
Posted by W. Larry Hamilton on 12th Apr 2019
The fit and finish of the saw is remarkable. It is built much heavier than I expected. I have used many other scroll saws, and this one is better than any of them for ease of use, accuracy of the cut, and the speed at which it cuts. I am very pleased and my only regret is waiting so long to get the BM26 from Bushton Manufacturing.

Totally AWESOME

The BM-26 that I percased is the best Precision Scroll Saw I have ever used! I wore out 3 other Scroll saws before I purchased my BM-26. I have no interest in going back to any of the others!
The adjustable speed is really good 30 to 1750.
It cuts straight and true and cuts almost anything that you have the right blades for!!!!

Best Scroll Saw
Posted by Walter Almond on 6th May 2018
I received my BM-26 saw a couple of weeks ago and I could not be happier. I have owned two different scroll saws before and the Hawk is far superior. My only wish is that I had purchased the Hawk sooner.

Great/Responsive Service
Posted by THOMAS W PARKER on 4th Mar 2018
Bought the scroll saw as a sister-in-law has one over 10 years old that works great. Her's appears sturdier with more solid metal around the tilt table instead of fiber/plastic. Had problem when received where it looks like it was hit lengthwise on the edge of the table pushing the table close to a 1/4" out of whack. Upon contacting Bushton Mfg, got prompt help to review videos of the scroll saw detecting the issues. Parts sent and I installed and seems to work great now. Great service. Time will tell if it holds up as good as the ones made 10 years ago, but good to go now.

Great saw
Posted by Brian Pardue on 28th Sep 2017
I have had my saw for a couple of weeks now and I love this saw. I mainly cut 1" thick wood for Intarsia and have had issues with other saws holding up. Even with this being a new saw I'm not seeing any issues with it. Cuts quicker on some of my harder woods that my saws in the past struggled with. the other couple of thing i really like is everything is out in the open and you can see if anything is wrong without having to take a cover off. The other thing is it is American Made.

Quality machine

I purchased a used, older RBI Hawk Ultra 226 a few years ago and have been using it since that time. I began having issues with the saw holding the blade tensioning. I recently purchased a new BM-26 model to replace the Ultra. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and am impressed with it so far. The blade tensioning system is improved in this newer model and seems to hold the tension reliably. I also notice less vibration as compared to the older saw. My only complaint is the long lead time before I received my new saw due to motor supplier issues.
